How engagements work
The first 20-minute business audit is free and carries no obligation.
Paid work only starts once you have agreed a written proposal. The proposal sets out the scope, deliverables, price and payment schedule. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
Payment details are set out on each invoice. We never ask for card details by email or phone, and never store them.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel or reschedule a free business audit at any time using the link in your Calendly confirmation email.
For paid work, each written proposal sets out the cancellation and refund terms, including how work already done or any deposit is handled. If you are a consumer rather than a business, you may have additional statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
